Susan Haskell as Dr. Marty Saybrooke

Susan Haskell (born June 10, 1968) is a Canadian actress. She graduated from Tufts University in the United States in 1985 with a major in child study.

She is most known for her Daytime Emmy winning role as Dr. Margaret "Marty" Saybrooke, bad-girl-turned-good, on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. She portrayed this role from March 1992 until September 1997, with two brief visits in 2004 and 2005. Haskell won a Daytime Emmy Award for her role on One Life to Live for "Outstanding Supporting Actress" in 1994.

Haskell also appeared on Port Charles as Granya Thornhart, opposite her former One Life to Live love interest (and longtime companion), Thorsten Kaye, with whom she shares children, daughter McKenna (born February 2003) and Marlowe (born January 2007).

With Haskell expecting her and Kaye's second child, the role of Marty was recast in November 2006 with Christina Chambers. Haskell's daughter Marlowe Marann was born on January 28 2007. Template:Fact. Chambers exited the show a year after her debut, in December 2007.

On April 25 2008, Haskell's official website announced that she was resuming the role of Marty and returning to One Life to Live.[1] She would be on the show until her last airdate of June 6, 2011.
