Josh Kelly (born April 25, 1982) is an American actor who best known for his portrayal of Cutter Wentworth on the ABC soap opera One Life to Live. He has also appeared in Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen and Transformers: Dark of the Moon.
Career[]
Kelly joined the cast of One Life to Live in December 2010, and remained part of the cast until December 2011. Prior to this, he had appeared in minor roles in various films and television shows, including NCIS, NCIS: Los Angeles, Ugly Betty, Las Vegas, True Blood, Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen, and its sequel, Transformers: Dark of the Moon. Following the cancellation of One Life to Live, Kelly was among the actors who signed on to perform in an online webseries of One Life to Live, but the project never realized. In January 2013, it was announced that Josh has signed on again to do the OLTL reboot on the internet during Prospect Park's second successfull attempt to revive the show.

Kelly has served 3 Tours in Afghanistan and 1 Tour in Iraq as an Army Ranger. He injured his leg during his service.
